(16) Radinsky/Valente House
This Craftsman style house is located at 7797 Bradburn Boulevard. It was built in the early 1900s by Albert Radinsky to be used as a vacation home. Fred Valente purchased the house in 1946.

ARCHITECTURAL DESCRIPTION
The low pitched, front gabled roof with exposed roof rafters are all elements that make this house one of the finest examples of Craftsman style architecture in Westminster. A hipped roof shows up in less than ten percent of these types of houses and the hip detailing on the front gable is a distinctive Craftsman touch. The brick wall cladding has 2 courses, a dark course along the foundation and a lighter course for the rest of the house. The porch roof supports are solid square brick columns, and the Tudor style half timbering on the front facade are also indicative of Craftsman style.
