(18) Mulford House 2
This American Foursquare is located at 7800 Lowell Boulevard. L. D. Mulford constructed two houses in Westminster. This is the second one built in the early 1900s

ARCHITECTURAL DESCRIPTION
This practical, rectangular floor plan, called the American Foursquare or Prairie Box, is considered a Prairie style. Prairie elements are visible in the symmetrical, hipped roof, covered porch entrance, wide-boxed eaves and vertical window shapes. When looking at this house in person, notice the flared corners on the roof. This feature is common to the French Colonial style and makes the house look a little different than the first Mulford house.
