This Eclectic style house, built by James Husted, is located at 7890 Bradburn Boulevard. The house was given to his daughter Catherine, on the occasion of her marriage to Frederic Aldridge. The deed was dated August 15, 1910. In the 1940's the Jack Smith family purchased the home.

ARCHITECTURAL DESCRIPTION
The style of this house shows Colonial Revival elements because of the hipped roof with a full width porch and the symmetrical rectangular windows. The shape is often called a "classic" box.
