These identical Eclectic style brick cottages, built in 1920, are located near Lowell Boulevard on the west side of the Westminster University campus which is now owned by the Pillar of Fire Church.

ARCHITECTURAL DESCRIPTION
The single-gabled (porch doesn't have a separate roof) Craftsman style, designed with a low-pitched roof, was a popular design for small size houses in the early 20th century. Gabled dormers are common, short, square columns with slanted sides act as porch supports. Brick, stone or stucco exteriors can be seen in Colorado.
