(51) Westminster Grange #184
This Folk Vernacular style building located at 3935 W. 73rd Avenue is one of the oldest Grange halls in Colorado. It was constructed in 1910 and is the center for one of the longest functioning community groups in Westminster (part of the Colorado State Grange). For many years, the Grange was the only public building of any size in the community and all social, government and civic events took place here. The name for the Grange came from the University.

ARCHITECTURAL DESCRIPTION
This wood-framed building with wood cladding (covering for exterior walls) and simple rectangular windows is the practical style built by the new settlers who moved West beginning in the 1860s.
