This Folk Victorian style house is located at 7759 Lowell Boulevard. H.T. Buswell, Westminster's first Town Marshall built this house and resided here during the early 1900s.

ARCHITECTURAL DESCRIPTION
The Buswell House is a two-story, side gabled Folk Victorian house, one room deep, a style also described as I-houses. The one story full porch has simple post supports and simple window surrounds.
