This Eclectic style house is located at 8135 La Place Court. James David Whiting built the house in the early 1900s and later it was purchased by the Amdahl family.

ARCHITECTURAL DESCRIPTION
This two- story, early 20th century house has strong elements of the Prairie style with a hipped roof and symmetrical front entry and porch. The long casement windows suggest the Colonial Revival style. The brick and wood exterior a similar to some Tudor elements.
