The Apple House built in 1913, was located at 79th Avenue & Apple Blossom Lane. The basement of this building stored apples awaiting shipment to points on the Front Range. An annual dance was held at the Apple House to celebrate the harvest. The Apple House was torn down in 2001 due to structural damage.

ARCHITECTURAL DESCRIPTION
The Folk Vernacular style of this wood-framed structure included: a front-gabled roof, and symmetrical windows and a rectangular shape. These features were also common in houses that were built by the first settlers.
