The City of Westminster issues permits for all new construction and any tenant finish work, including commercial hoods, fire alarms, fire sprinklers and special hazard extinguishing systems. The plan review process involves the detailed examination of all applicable plans, calculations, and installation specifications in accordance with the adopted International Building/Fire Code and applicable design and installations standards.
All installations are subject to inspection and approval as determined by the City of Westminster policy.
