This Eclectic style house is located at 7237 Bradburn Boulevard. It was built in 1898 and in the early 1900s purchased by Jim Williams, Westminster's first General Store operator.

ARCHITECTURAL DESCRIPTION
This Eclectic style house shows elements of the Colonial Revival style can be seen in the side-gabled roof combined with a centered front gable entrance. The steep pitch of the front gable and the symmetrical broken pediment element is a simplified version of the original Colonial styles from Georgia.
