(53) Wesley Chapel & Cemetery
This pioneer cemetery is located at 120th & Huron Street in Broomfield, CO. The chapel is no longer there, but the photograph shows a Folk Vernacular style which was common for prairie churches. In the interest of preserving this historic cemetery, the City of Westminster purchased the property from the Wesley Chapel & Cemetery Association in 2001. The Cemetery Association was incorporated on December 22, 1894. Current members of the Association maintain the cemetery.

ARCHITECTURAL DESCRIPTION
Folk Vernacular style features wood-framed buildings with rectangular shapes, side or front-gabled roofs and symmetrical windows. The chapel has a square tower that suggests the Victorian Stick style.
