This Folk Vernacular style house located at 7441 Bradburn Boulevard; was originally built on five acres of land purchased by Fred Strawson on February 26, 1904. Strawson completed the house in 1905.

ARCHITECTURAL DESCRIPTION
The Folk Vernacular style of this wood-framed house includes: a front-gabled roof, symmetrical windows and a rectangular shape with a basic front porch. During the new railroad era (1880-1890) when people were no longer restricted to local building materials, these features were common because the simple plan could be built quickly.
