A parking summons is issued for violating a parking ordinance of the City of Westminster. It is placed on the windshield of a vehicle. The summons will cite the specific offense(s) that has/have been violated and identify the amount(s) that must be paid. Payment By Mail: Make check or money order payable to the City of Westminster for the total amount due as indicated by adding all fines for the violation(s) checked on the summons. Insert your check or money order in the envelope provided with your summons. Place the appropriate postage on the envelope and mail. To ensure proper credit, write your summons number on your check or money order. Please keep a copy for your records. DO NOT SEND CASH.

To Contest The Violation(s): Within 14 calendar days of the date of the summons, you must appear in person at the Westminster Municipal Court, 3030 Turnpike Drive, Westminster, CO. You will be scheduled for a court appearance at a later date.
Full payment is due within 14 calendar days of the date of the summons. Failure to pay within 14 calendar days will result in a $20 late fee being added to the total.
Failure to pay or appear at court in person within 14 calendar days of the date of the summons will result in the matter being turned over to a collection agency and will be deemed a waiver of your right to contest the charge(s).
