9 a.m. Holy Cow Trail Stampede

 The Holy Cow Trail Stampede, 10K run and 5K run/walk, is one of a few races run on a trail surface. The Stampede begins and ends at the Christopher Fields softball Complex. When you cross the finish line, walk next door to City Park for Westy Fest! Get details and register.

10 a.m. Westy Fest Begins

Mrs. Colorado, Kimberly Reece – All Day
Drop by and meet the current Mrs. Colorado, Kimberly Reece who is emceeing the Community Stage.

Indigo Rain Belly Dance – Community Stage
Indigo Rain have performed at some fabulous venues and have grown to include dancers from all over the Denver area. With strong foundations in Egyptian Cabaret, their style of Oriental Dance has evolved into an American Cabaret infused with other dance forms.

Primrose School Activity Zone – All Day
Play in the Primrose School Activity Zone which includes bounce houses, climbing walls, giant slides, obstacle courses and much more!

Xcel Energy Extreme Zone – All Day
Get extreme with a zip line, trampolines, obstacle course by Train OC (open 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. only) and an activity provided by Hard as Nails.

Kayak Tank—All Day
Adults and kids all enjoy this giant kayak tank. Don’t worry if you’re not a white water expert, the kayaks and canoes are extremely stable to provide a pleasant first experience even if you’ve never been in a boat. The water is only two feet deep so concerns about tipping over disappear.  

Exhibitors – All Day
Browse through more than 120 booths. Shop for a variety of products from home based businesses and craft vendors, learn about numerous non-profit groups, gather information from local businesses or grab something to eat. There’s sure to be something for everyone!

Yappy Hour – All Day
Bring your furry friend to Yappy Hour for free treats, ice and water pools and shaded areas for your pets to cool off.

Westminster Dance Company Recital Performance – First National Bank Main Stage
Watch Westminster’s own talented dance troupe as they show off their skills.

Westminster Fire Department Mini Combat Course – All Day                                                               
Don’t miss the Westminster Fire booth where kids can try out their fire fighter skills on the mini combat course. Pick up some safety information while having fun!

Animal Adoptions & Education – All Day
Several animal rescue groups are looking for loving homes for dogs and cats. Stop by the Pet Place and learn how you can save a life. 

Dog Lure – All Day
Lure Chasing is a sport that involves chasing a mechanically operated lure. Dogs chase an artificial prey across a field following a pattern meant to simulate chasing live prey.

Professional Pet Photos – Pet Place 
Head over to the pet photo booth from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for a free professional photograph of your pet.

Touch-A-Truck – All Day
Westminster’s Public Works and Utilities, Police and Fire Departments have vehicles for children to climb on, sit in, view up close and pose for photos on. It’s a great way to learn about how various trucks work. 

Westminster Program Booth – All Day
Guests are encouraged to take the “trail” created under the tents and experience a variety of recreation activities. Activities include a coloring mural, massages, a Lego area, slackline, soccer ball obstacle course and sensory activity.

Mile High Gamerz – All Day
This trailer offers stadium seating, laser lights and surround sound for optimal game play results and controllers for up to 28 players to provide the ultimate mobile video gaming experience.

Environmental Advisory Board Booth – All Day
Stop by the Environmental Advisory Board booth for information as well as an interactive activity.

Golfzilla – All Day
Practice your golf skills by hitting birdie balls at Golfzilla’s paws and jaw.

10:30 a.m. Low Cost Dog and Cat Vaccination and Microchipping by SpayToday

Dr. Piccoli offers a low-cost vaccinations and microchipping from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Costs for cats: $15 for rabies, $15 for distemper/panleukopenia (FVRCP). Cost for dogs: $15 for rabies, $15 for distemper/parvo (DA2PPV) and $20 for bordetella.  Microchipping with Found Animals chips is $40. Registration is included with the fee. Cash and credit cards accepted, no checks. If possible, please bring a copy of your pet’s vaccination records to determine what vaccines your pets need.

10:45 a.m. City of Westminster Fitness Zumba Demo – Community Stage

Zumba fuses Latin dance rhythms to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program. See how to dance away the calories and improve cardio­vasular health while having fun!

11 a.m. City of Westminster Drama Camp Presents “Aladdin” – First National Bank Main Stage

Westminster’s Drama Camp presents scenes from the classic story “Aladdin.” This play tells the story of a street-smart commoner whose whole life changes with one rub of a magic lamp.

11:30 a.m. Bella Danze Artz — Community Stage

Talented dancers from Bella Danze Artz impress you with their awesome dancing skills in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop and more.

12:15 p.m. Dee Gee – Community Stage                

Dee Gee is a Colorado Native artist. You can hear his passion and love for Colorado in his punchy, raw lyrics, Colorado based metaphors and his overall love for his community. Tiptoeing the lines of storytelling and real life experiences, Dee Gee paints a vivid picture of the home state he was born.

12:30 p.m. Chase N’ the Dream- Main Stage

Chase has a powerful, velvety voice, an engaging stage presence and energy that makes you want to get up and move to the music. His music includes reggae, jazz, pop, R&B and blues. From Frank Sinatra and Louis Armstrong to Luther Vandross, Chase uses his creativity and style to craft new experiences for you.

1 p.m. ABC Music Academy – Community Stage

Enjoy the musical talent of students from ABC Music Academy.  The performance features jazz and rock ensembles comprised middle school and high school students.

1 p.m. Flight for Life Landing

The St. Anthony North Flight for Life helicopter lands from 1-3 p.m. unless they’re called to an emergency. Meet the flight crew and see inside a medical helicopter.

1:30 p.m. Logrolling Demo – Kayak Tank

See for yourself why log rolling is becoming a staple activity at camps and pools around the country.

1:45 p.m. Talon Talk— Community Stage   

Nature’s Educators dive into the characteristics that define raptors and why they are important to our ecosystems. Discover the types of birds of prey found all over the world, what it takes to care for them and learn how Nature's Educators is permitted to keep raptors. Learn about the birds’ histories, anatomy, hunting strategies and habitats.

1:45 p.m. Home Run Derby - Christopher Fields 

Registration fee is $35 through Mile High Softball and includes entry to the Brew Fest. The Home Run Derby Champion receives a trophy and golf package for four and the runner up receives a plaque and $100 cash prize. Home Run Derby details.

2:30 p.m. Jessica Provence— Community Stage

Jessica is a pop, rock and country vocalist who was a finalist on Europe’s Season 11 of “German Idol” last year.

2:30 p.m. Black Water – First National Bank Main Stage

Black Water plays the songs that make get you out of your seat with an upbeat and entertaining show delivered with style, power and an extra-large helping of soul! Black Water is the premier Doobie Brothers tribute band in the USA.

3:15 p.m. Z- Ultimate Self-Defense Studio Demo – Community Stage

Z-Ultimate is empowering men, women and children through their classical, practical and tactical self-defense system in a safe, clean, family-friendly dojo. Watch experts demo amazing maneuvers!

5 p.m. Westy Craft Brew Fest – Christopher Fields Softball Complex

The Westy Craft Brew Fest is back! Tickets are $25 through WestyFest.com or $30 at the gate and include unlimited beer sampling from local breweries, a free concert by The Last Men on Earth and lawn games for the family. Food is available for purchase and designated drivers and those not drinking beer get in FREE!   

6 p.m. Concert in the Ball Park – Christopher Fields Softball Complex

A free concert at Christopher Fields, 104th & Westminster Blvd., from 6–8 p.m. featuring The Last Men on Earth is part of the Craft Brew Fest!
