What You Need To Know

Event Parking
Parking lots surround the Westminster Faire location.  Participants will be able to access the Faire off of Sheridan Boulevard and 105th Avenue, as well as 104th Avenue, just west of Sheridan Boulevard.  The City Park Fitness Center parking lot will be partially unavailable so that Fitness Center users will be able to access the facility during the Faire.

Limited handicapped parking will be available in the north parking lots nearest the Faire location and where normally posted in each parking lot.  Please look for appropriate signage and have your tag or plate clearly marked.  Illegal parking in loading or tow-away zones will not be tolerated and subject to ticketing and/or towing.

Information Tent
Event information, along with information from different City departments, will be available at the information tent.

Lost and Found
All items found at the Westminster Faire will be returned to the Information Tent.  After the event, any remaining items will be moved to the Westminster Parks, Recreation and Libraries office located at City Hall (4800 W. 92nd Ave) and can be claimed during normal business hours until September 30.  Call 303-658-2192, M-Th, 7a-6p, for information about lost and found.

Emergency Support
Basic medical services are available at the St. Anthony's North Hospital Fist Aid Tent.  First aid treatment can be secured by visiting the First Aid Tent or by contacting an event staff member or a Westminster Public Safety Officer.

Lost Children
Children who get separated from their parents will be taken to the St. Anthony's North Hospital First Aid Tent.  Please ask any staff member for assistance.

Restroom Facilities
Temporary restroom facilities, handicapped accessible restroom units, and hand washing units are located throughout the Faire area.

Telephones
Telephones are available at the Westminster City Park Fitness Center.

Volunteer Hospitality
Community volunteers are critical to the success of the Westminster Faire.  A hospitality tent will be available for all staff and volunteers to access on Saturday.  If you are interested in volunteering at the Westminster Faire, please contact Pam Mayhew at 303-658-2159.

Weather Information
Inclement weather may force the cancellation of some events or the entire Faire.  Call the special event weather hotline at 303-412-8761, ext. 428 or "Like" the City of Westminster Parks and Recreation on Facebook for instant weather updates.
