2013 Park Pavilion Rental Information

Park pavilion reservations for residents for the 2013 season began Wednesday, Jan. 2nd. Reservations must be made in person at the Parks, Recreation and Libraries administrative office in the lower level of City Hall, 4800 West 92nd Avenue.  Office hours are Monday-Thursday, 7am-6pm.  Non-residents and on-line reservations begin Feb. 1st.  For more information, please call 303-658-2192.

The City of Westminster Parks, Recreation and Libraries Department offers park pavilions that can be rented for family functions, pot luck dinners, special events, etc. The reservation is for the pavilion area only; the park itself is open to the public at all times.

Pavilions can only be reserved between the dates of April 15 and Oct. 1 of the current year. Resident park pavilion requests for next calendar year will be accepted in person at City Hall, 4800 W. 92nd Avenue beginning the first business day of that year. Non-resident and online park pavilion reservations for the next calendar year will be accepted beginning the first business day in Feb. of that year.

Park pavilion reservation requests may be made online by clicking on the link to the right or in person at the Department of Parks, Recreation and Libraries administrative office, which is located in the lower level of City Hall, 4800 West 92nd Avenue. Requests for alcohol (3.2 beer in cans only; no wine or kegs) must be made in person at the Department of Parks, Recreation and Libraries at City Hall a minimum of five business days prior to the event. 2012 RENTAL FEES

For any rental wanting to serve alcohol, an Alcohol Permit is required and there is an additional $50 fee for the Alcohol Permit.  Please refer to the Reservation Policy above for more information on the Alcohol Permit.
