Walk-in resident reservations for the 2016 season will begin Monday, Jan. 4, at 7 a.m. at the Parks, Recreation and Libraries administrative office, located in the lower level of City Hall, 4800 W. 92nd Ave. Starting Tuesday, Jan. 5, at 7 a.m., both resident and non-residents can make reservations by walk-in or through the online reservation system. City Hall hours are Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. City Hall is closed Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
The City of Westminster Parks, Recreation and Libraries Department offers park pavilions that can be rented for family functions, pot luck dinners, special events, etc. The reservation is for the pavilion area only; the park itself is open to the public at all times.
The pavilion reservation season is April 15 and Oct. 1 of the current year.
Park pavilion reservation requests may be made online by clicking on the link to the right or in person at the Department of Parks, Recreation and Libraries administrative office, which is located in the lower level of City Hall, 4800 West 92nd Avenue. Requests for alcohol (3.2 beer in cans only; no wine or kegs) must be made in person at the Department of Parks, Recreation and Libraries at City Hall a minimum of five business days prior to the event. For any rental wanting to serve alcohol, an Alcohol Permit is required and there is an additional $50 fee for the Alcohol Permit. Please refer to the Reservation Policy above for more information on the Alcohol Permit.
