Council awards service commitments for developments

On Feb. 24, City Council awarded a total of 558 service commitments for two single-family detached residential projects, one multi-family residential project and one traditional mixed-use neighborhood development project.
- Amberwood Estates is located at the southwest corner of 101st Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard and proposes 13 single-family homes.
Park 12 Hundred, located at the northwest corner of 116th Avenue and Pecos Street, was awarded 160 service commitments for a multi-family residential project.
- Trails at Tanglewood Creek is located at the northwest corner of 128th Avenue and Huron Street and was awarded service commitments for 210 single-family homes.
- Westminster Promenade, located at the northeast corner of U.S. 36 and Church Ranch Boulevard, was awarded 175 service commitments as part of a redevelopment proposal, half of the 350 requested by the applicant.
Another application is on hold pending further staff review and will likely be brought before City Council in the coming months.
