Torii Square Park renovations complete
(Jul 03, 2013)
Renovations at Torii Square Park were completed in June.
New features include a natural rock play structure, a torii (a Japanese entryway arch), new sidewalks, plantings, lighting, irrigation, benches, a shelter with picnic tables and a dry river bed between the shelter and the rock play piece.
The 1.7-acre park was originally constructed in 1975 and is dedicated to the memory of a Japanese exchange student sponsored by the Westminster Rotary Club.
