Senior Housing

The Westminster Housing Authority owns Westminster Commons, a 130-unit rental complex available to low-income seniors and residents with disabilities. Westminster Commons is located at 3180 W. 76th Ave. (east of Irving Street). Rental applications may be obtained by calling the Westminster Commons office at 303-428-2786, or by stopping by the office during daytime business hours.
