Trained advisers will provide a free and comprehensive home ownership assessment to help determine if home ownership meets a home buyer’s lifestyle, determine mortgage affordability, review your credit report, and develop an action plan to meet goals and overcome obstacles.

Metro Mortgage Assistance Program. A consortium of Front Range cities has cooperated to make lower-interest rate loans and down-payment assistance grants available to qualified homebuyers in Westminster and most other Front Range areas. The buyer must not have owned a home in the previous three years and must satisfy certain income requirements which are more lenient than some other programs.
