Westminster City Center Marketplace & Highland Hills
The Westminster City Center Marketplace retail project is located at the northeast corner of 92nd Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard. The project was constructed in 1996 by Denver developer Jim Sullivan. The brick center is designed with architectural flourishes to evoke the Tuscany region of Italy complete with red tile roofs.
More than 30 separate art installations grace this project giving the entire project a distinctive and appealing character. Most are in the form of mosaic tile pieces or frescos which can be observed close up while walking along the entire westerly façade abutting the entrances to the stores.
The following is a complete list of the art installations at this site:
Dolphins
Folly
Frescoes (16 pieces)
Mosaic Tile and Fountains (16 pieces)

Just to the northeast of this project is the Hyland Greens Golf Course owned and operated by the Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District. There are three bronze sculpture installations here, all located on the east side of the golf course club house.
