Shops at Walnut Creek Public Art
(Northwest corner of US36/Church Ranch Boulevard)
The Shops at Walnut Creek has several sculptures of Colorado wildlife, mostly along the two block “main street” on Town Center Drive. From south to north are a fox, two wolves, a mountain lion, and two lynx. These pieces were all produced by the same sculptor: Rosetta from Loveland, Colorado.
The most dramatic sculpture entitled “Wapiti Circle” is of a regal bull and four cow elk climbing up and over a rock outcropping. The sculpture is within a traffic roundabout on Reed Street and is a focal point for the entire development.
The following is a list of the public art pieces at The Shops at Walnut Creek:
Another public art piece is located just south of The Shops at Walnut Creek. Spartan Deer is located within the traffic circle within Reed Street south of Church Ranch Boulevard.
