How Acquired: Donated by developer. The city requires commercial developers to install public art.
Comments: A graceful abstract brushed stainless steel sculpture. The plaque says: “In recognition of Bill Christopher’s vision and support over the years as City Manager, concerned citizen and friend, September 15, 2001.”
