A total of 16 history panels are installed within the light tower outdoor plaza located on the west side of the Westin Hotel just north of 104th Avenue and east of Westminster Boulevard. The plaza lies just east of beautiful Westminster Promenade Lake.
Two panels are attached to each of eight light towers which encircle a mosaic tile installation which includes Arapahoe Native American symbols. The history panels tell interesting facts and stories about various aspects of Westminster’s interesting history dating back to the mid 1880’s.
The history panels can be viewed 24 hours a day. A photograph along with the writing on each history panel can be viewed by selecting the links to the right of this page.
