Westminster Promenade Lake Waterfalls and Fountain
Northeast corner of Promenade Drive and Westminster Boulevard
These various water features create a spectacular effect, both during the day and night. The lake is actually three lakes flowing from one to another over the wide series of waterfalls. Water flows into the uppermost lake along what resembles a boulder-filled mountain stream. This feature is right next to the bronze sculptures of the three horses. The water then tumbles into the middle lake and then lower lake over the waterfalls, which are illuminated at night. The water in the lakes is crystal clear. A huge spray fountain erupts from the center of the lower lake. Walk around the lakes to observe the fountain and waterfalls from various vantage points. These water features operate year round.
