Once the participant is set up with an instructor, payment is due before each lesson.
To avoid being charged for a lesson we require cancellation notice 24 hours in advance.

Lessons are scheduled based on instructor availability and on facility schedules.

We establish priority for lesson based on the order in which they are received and we try to honor as many requests as we can.
Depending on demand we may not be able to fulfill all requests.
