Electronics Recycling Event

Saturday, Nov. 15, is America Recycles Day and in celebration, Westminster’s Environmental Advisory Board will be hosting an Electronics Recycling Event at City Park Recreation Center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Electronic recycling services will be provided by DataSafe of Colorado, a division of North Metro Community Services, whose mission is to serve persons with developmental disabilities.

Many items will collected free of charge, a few items require a co-pay. View a list of commonly accepted items and fees.

City Park Recreation Center has kindly donated day passes to those who recycle at the event; hurry before they are gone!

In Westminster, the environment is a priority, and it shows in clean streets, beautifully manicured parks and trails, and acres of open space.

Westminster's commitment to the environment doesn't stop at public notification. Westminster's commitment to environmental protection includes the award-winning Environmental Services section within Risk Management, whose charge is to ensure the city's operational compliance with environmental regulatory requirements.
