The Semper Water Treatment Facility is capable of treating 44 million gallons per day using conventional filtration technology.

The Northwest Water Treatment Facility is capable of treating up to 15 million gallons per day using state-of-the-art membrane micro-filtration.

Average daily water consumption for the City of Westminster is currently 18 million gallons per day with a peak day of up to 44 million gallons per day.
