Building Operations and Maintenance

The Building Operations and Maintenance Division (BO&M) provides support to other city departments on capital improvement projects that require project management or other types of assistance. BO&M installs and maintains mechanical and electrical equipment and constructs cabinets and special furniture and fixtures. This division also performs preventive maintenance and all electrical, mechanical, structural, and facility remodeling and construction for approximately 721,241 square feet in a total of 28 city facilities.
