Beginning December 14, 2016, the Planning Division will begin accepting applications and document submittals online at the e TRAKIT online permitting system. Requests for pre-application meetings will be processed, reviewed, and approved via the e TRAKIT online permitting system page.
As the Department of Community Development transitions to a completely online submittal, review, approval, and permitting system, the links on this page will be updated; however, during this transition please note that paper applications are for information only and provide the basic guidance for the project submittals. Paper applications will no longer be required beginning December 14, 2016 and instead, applicants are asked to utilize the e TRAKIT online permitting page to apply for and track projects.
If you do not have access to the Internet, please visit the Community Development Department on the second floor of Westminster City Hall (4800 West 92nd Ave.), or call 303-658-2114 for further assistance.
