1-4-1: CORPORATE SEAL; DESIGN: (417) The Corporate Seal of the City of Westminster, Colorado, shall be circular in form. The circumference of the Seal, which shall be one and thirteen sixteenths inches (1 13/16") is formed by the words "City of Westminster, Colorado" in the upper part of the circle, and the words "Official Seal - Incorporated 1911" in the lower part of the circle. Within the circle formed by these words is a description of the urban landscape of the City and its mountain background, with the setting sun over the mountains. Superimposed upon the landscape and band of wording is a large letter "W." A facsimile of the above-described Seal is as follows:
1-4-2: CITY LOGO: (1481 1699 1790) The City logo shall be two (2) isosceles triangles that share a common, vertical side. The point at the top is seventy-two (72) degrees, the two (2) side points are seventy-two (72) degrees, and the bottom point is one hundred forty-four (144) degrees. The logo has five (5) stripes in descending gradations from bottom to top. The stripes on the left isosceles triangle are parallel to the base, and the stripes on the right isosceles triangle are parallel to the far right side of the logo. 1-4-3: USE OF CORPORATE SEAL AND LOGO: (1790) The corporate seal and City logo, including any facsimile thereof, are intended for use by authorized agents or officers of the City in conducting the official business of the City. No other person shall use the City seal or City logo for any other purpose.
