Solid Waste Collection

Solid waste haulers within the City of Westminster must hold a valid Solid Waste Collection license. For specific license requirements, refer to Title 5, Chapter 7 of the Westminster Municipal Code. Please note that solid waste haulers must offer recycling services in order to conduct business in the City of Westminster.

License applications may be obtained from the City Clerk's office or printed below. Completed applications may be mailed or delivered to the City Clerk's office. If approved, a license will be sent by mail. Please note that City Hall offices are open extended hours Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.  City Hall is closed on Fridays. 

Solid Waste Collection License Application 

The fee for this license is $250 for the company license, $250 for each solid waste vehicle, and $10 for each vehicle collecting recyclable materials only.
