Your PIN is the last four digits of your home phone number. So, if your home phone number is 303-404-5555, then your PIN should be 5555. However, on occasion, this is not the case. If you can’t access the system with the last four digits of your phone number, contact the library.
My Account enables you to find out what you have checked out, what you have requested, when your items are due, and to renew your items. You can access this function several different ways.
You can renew your items several different ways:
Please note: Not all items can be renewed (see below). You will be notified during the renewal process if your item did not renew.
The item is a WOW item and is therefore non-renewable.
You can see which items the library owns several different ways:
To perform a basic search:
- Click on the catalog link on the Library home page
- Type in the item's title, author, subject, or series title in the search box
- Click on the arrow
- Click on the title of the item to get more information
To perform a more advanced catalog search:
- Click on the catalog link on the Library home page
- Click on the green SEARCH THE CATALOG tab
- Click on the link named POWER
- Now type in several different search terms and limit your search results
