Numerous programs are in place for a range of services involving rental housing, affordable housing, down-payment assistance and senior housing. This section provides information on the following:

Foreclosure/homelessness - For homeowners having difficulty with making their mortgage payments or facing eviction.

Home ownership - Assistance for low- or moderate-income families, including down-payment assistance.

Home rehabilitation - Low-interest loans for repair and maintenance.

Housing profile 2000 - A snapshot look at the city's housing stock, based on 2000 census figures.

Rental housing - Assistance programs for low-income families, including public housing.

Senior housing - Information on the Westminster Housing Authority and the Westminster Commons rental complex.

Weatherization/utilities - For utility payment assistance and weatherization programs, including information on the state property tax and heating expense rebate program for income-qualified homeowners and renters.
